UNVERSIONED:
Let’s say we have a website which is in two different languages.
For example, let’s say one in English – United States of America and one in English – Canada.
We have a field called country in sample template.
Adding United States of America to the country field for English language version.
Now I have created a new version in English – United States of America.
But the value of the field country has not changed it.
I have created a new version in English – Canada, but the field is empty.
When we check unversioned, the value will be constant in between the versions of that respective languages only.

The Value in the field of country - irrespective of versions or languages - remains the same.
Check the shared value.
Let's choose the English – Canada and if see the value of the country is the same as the versions in English.
