Content Modelling

It's easy and very flexible to build your content models in Hygraph.

You can build any relational structure you like. With Hygraph you can build "Many-to-Many" relationships, and also make the data 'queryable' from "both sides" of that relationship. For example, connect Authors and Articles so that each Author can contribute to multiple Articles and vice versa—all accessible via a single GraphQL query.

Content Aggregation and Federation

Hygraph should more be understood as a content federation platform. Not "only" as a headless CMS.

While modeling your schema, you can integrate external sources directly. To content editors and frontends, all content appears to come from a unified source—Hygraph—simplifying the user experience. External sources can also maintain their own caching layers, ensuring performance isn’t compromised.
