Phase 1: Feasibility Check (1-2 weeks)

We begin with a clearly defined use case that is relevant to your business. This may be the biggest bottleneck in your processes or the most obvious opportunity to create value. We gain access to the relevant data. This may include documents, systems, or historical records. A data processing agreement is put in place to ensure full control and compliance. Next, we build a working prototype based on your actual data. The goal is proof, not promises. Within one to two weeks, you will see a live demonstration with a concrete, functional solution you can evaluate. Not PowerPoint slides about what might be possible, but a solution you can use and test on your own data. If it makes sense and creates value, we move on to the next phase.

Phase 2: Strategic Architecture (parallel to the pilot)

While the pilot is being tested by your users, we design the durable foundation that will support future solutions across your organization. Everything is built in your own Azure environment, so your data, models, and results remain fully under your control. This is not a black-box cloud solution you do not own. The infrastructure is designed modularly, so document digitization, semantic search, and AI integrations can be reused. When the next use case is implemented, up to 70 percent of the foundation is already in place. You do not pay for the same work twice. Data handling is designed to scale from the start. Azure AI Document Intelligence and ML pipelines automate the ongoing processing of new documents, updates, and data sources. Security is built in from day one with ISO 27001, GDPR, and SOC 2 compliance, end-to-end encryption, Azure Active Directory integration, and full traceability through audit trails for all AI interactions.

Phase 3: Production and Continuous Learning

The pilot is rolled out to real users, either through integration into existing workflows such as your web portal, Salesforce, or Microsoft Teams. We capture user feedback in a structured way with every interaction, allowing the AI to continuously improve based on real usage. At the same time, we measure the most meaningful metrics, including response time, accuracy, user adoption, and time saved.
